Beloved readers. It has been 2 weeks since the trial-run for StoryBridge started and I am here to give you all the answers to questions you didn't even knew you had.
If you aren't familiar with StoryBridge you can go learn more about it here.
As I am mostly discovering many parts of this business myself, feel free to follow along for the next few weeks where I will be posting chaotic feedback sessions (like this one) to be transparent about the process.
The stats so far...
- 7 matches have been made with participants spanning from South Africa to Canada and right back to Australia.
- So far majority of the users rate the process very highly, some even thanking StoryBridge for their new friend!
- Authors have given their beta readers an average rating of 8, 60% saying they would 100% want to be matched with them again.
- Majority of the testers have commented that they would even like to join the StoryBridge project permanently.
'By all means, I'm not trying to be rude, but I do want to help you.'
This is a nice, encouraging line that perfectly shows what kind of attitude we want here at StoryBridge.
Now for the excerpt of the week.
'She could pull the trigger. She HAD to pull the trigger. She peeled her eyes open, ready to fire. But she didn’t.'
That's it for today folks (Yes, I know its cheesy, but everyone has to act like an old TV presenter once in their life time. Be honoured that I shared this very special moment with you).To receive all future feedback make sure to scroll down and click follow. Hope to see you next time 👀
